Administrator (Bank) - HMP Wymott
Our team administration team is expanding, and we are looking for someone to join us on a bank basis - this role offers flexibility to work hours that work around you!
Administrators play a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care, and that the healthcare team are supported!
What You’ll Be Doing
You will support a range of clinical and operational activities, including:
- Liaise with external healthcare services, such as hospitals and GP surgeries, arranging appointments, ensuring follow on care and referrals
- Book patients in for appointments face to face
- Keep trackers, spreadsheets and systems up to date
- Use SystmOne regularly
- General admin duties, such as scanning, post, minute taking ands stock checks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience
- Ideally experience within healthcare (hospital, GP Surgery etc, but this isn't essential
- Any SystmOne knowledge would be a bonus
About HMP Wymott
HMP Wymott is a large, Category C prison in Leyland,, accommodating approximately 1,200 adult males, and we have a varied and complex population. Practice Plus Group provides primary care, mental health and substance misuse services across the wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services.
Working Pattern
This is a bank role with shifts between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
